Times when celebrities savagely clapped back at fans

Celebrities are much closer to their fans than ever with social media in use, where the two parties can connect directly whether in DMs or in the comments section.

The direct connection most of the times result into positive results and other times not so positive with celebrities revealing more of their savage and harsh side towards their fans.

RIHANNA

One of the celebrities who have time and time again showed their savage side is Rihanna.

Often called the queen of clap backs, Rihanna doesn’t waste no time in clapping back to offensive comments whether from fans or fellow celebrities. One remarkable clap back was to teenage Kendal Jenner back in 2013, when teenage Kendal expressed admiration at the singer and tweeted that if Rihanna didn’t perform “Complicated” a her show she would be “very upset”, and Rihanna replied with “Don’t come then”

In October 2019 Rihanna posted a video applying her Fenty Beauty Diamond bomb 2 product with the caption: “I’m just saying, #DIAMONDBOMB2 is sexy AF @fentybeauty.”

In the comments section a follower wrote “your forehead shines brighter than my future” and Riri replied to her that “There is still hope for you then” OUCH!!!

 

CARDI B

Cardi B has never been the one to shy away when she feels offended as of recent during a Las Vegas show when a show attendee hurled a drink at her, and Cardi B wasted no time and tossed a microphone back in the direction where the drink came from.

After revealing her pregnancy during a performance on SNL in 2018, Cardi responded to those who said that she wasn’t ready to be a mom. In an interview with the breakfast club the singer said “you know what? I’m a grown woman. I’m 25 years old.” The rapper said, before adding,

“am going to say this in the most humblest way … I’m a schmillionaire, you know what I’m saying? And I’m prepared for this.

 

JUSTIN BIEBER

When the “Yummy” singer posted a photo of her wife Hailey Bieber with the caption “No makeup, like what??” with heart eyed and crying face emoji, a fan commented: “you don’t need to do this, if you really love each other, just live and enjoy it.”

This comment seemingly didn’t sit well with Justin as he clapped back saying that “Honoring your wife publicly is actually such an amazing respectful thing to do… I am not forcing it down anyone’s throat, YOU follow ME.”

KHLOE KARDASHIAN

After sharing snaps of herself, in a see through white dress, Khloe, 39 clapped back at a fan who commented on her pictures and said that the reality TV star has a “Pamper booty.”

Khloe didn’t overlook the snarky comment and hit back at the fan, replying:  “Hey blocked brown.” The user then responded “rather have blocked brows that’s easy off than and (sic) saggy diaper.

Khloe quickly shut them down: “those (brows) are tatted on but a hater is going to hate.

“That a** is a**n but you do you baby. That’s why we have so many flavors. Not everyone has the same taste” she concluded: “send you love and a little bit of agua. You seem thirsty my love”

Khloe’s fighting words garnered hundreds of likes from fans, supporting the reality star.

 

DRAKE

After facing booing from fans doing a show, he took it to Instagram to respond to the critics by simply penning a short Instagram message that left them speechless. “Plot twist… just signed a 10 year residency at Camp Flog Gnaw.” He wrote, adding that, “Sorry kids see you EVERY SINGLE YEAR till you are 30.” With pictures from the event. After all, he still made dollars.

 

Another time in 2018, the “God’s plan” singer clapped back at a fan who said that his teeth didn’t look clean. Here is how it went down; Drake posted a photo of him and his friends enjoying the night out, and not only was he smiling, it looked like someone had just cracked a pretty funny joke. Now, as you may or may not know what is happening in the musician’s mouth, Drake has diamonds in his teeth and he wasn’t going to take it when someone criticized his teeth.

A critic commented on the said photo with, “Lmao all that money and your teeth don’t look clean.” Drake didn’t hold back, but clapped back with, “I have a pink diamond in my tooth. I brush with activated charcoal before any club where I will see baddies know datttttt.”

 

ARIANA GRANDE

Ariana Grande who is globally recognized for her vocal abilities, felt so offended when a fan took it to Instagram to question her musical skills, and she wasn’t having it, hence reminding them who she is and what she can do. The fan commented on the singer’s Instagram post, “It sounds like auto tune and probably not live.” The fan said, before adding that, “I mean you are a great singer and I love your voice and songs but this doesn’t sound live.”

Ariana Grande who was not having it, clapped back at the critic and said, “Naw with all due respect, I could do this in your living room for you, fam.” The “God is a woman” singer continued, “I could do it on Broadway (and did) I can do it in the shower. In the car. It’s my gift.”

 

PINK

The musician during her 2019 beautiful Trauma world tour, posted a photo of her family sitting down to dinner on Instagram with the caption, “At least twice a week on tour, we shut the door to the outside world and have family dinner.” A fan commented on the her family dinner photo with, “Except it is posted on Instagram.” This comment obviously didn’t make the singer happy as she clapped back at the fan and said, “Yes, I like to promote healthy stuff. I also like to remind people to stop being total DO—EBAGS TOO. Consider this your reminder to, f—ko.”

Well, the “what about us” singer is no stranger to clap backs as on another occasion, she reminded the whole world to never comments on her aging through clapping back at a fan who said that she should be called “Purple” instead of Pink because she is old.

Pink took her time and responded to the critic. “Well, there a few people in the world who choose to age naturally, and I have earned every minute of my 38 years.” She said, adding, “How you looking though? Cause I never heard of you till you put my name in your mouth.” The singer continued that she should call the critic ‘little purple troll’

The star continued with her response, “I am of the mindset that it’s a blessing to grow old. That if your face has lines around your eyes and mouth it means you have laughed a lot. I pray I look older ion 10 years because that will mean I’m alive.”
