Chriss Brown confirms his beef with Quavo is still on
During the Rhude Menswear Fall/Winter 2024 showcase, long time feuders Chriss Brown and rapper Quavo were spotted sitting next to each other in the front row, and for those who were familiar with their feud were shocked by these two sitting together and somehow thought that the two musicians were past their issues, which the “under the influence” singer quickly confirmed that their feud is still very much alive despite being sitted next to each other, which none of them wanted or planned.
While fans took to social media to express their surprise of seeing them together, Chris Brown commented on one video and said, “Can’t pick who you sit by. F*** all that growth S***. N**ga not finna fumble my bag for little n***gas.”
He suggested that them sitting together was not their choice but event coordinator’s arrangement.
The two started beefing way back in 2017 when Quavo was rumored to be dating Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. Quavo and Tran were seen leaving a migos concert that year which had Chris Brown feeling “Betrayed” by Quavo’s move because they reportedly had a healthy and close relationship before a girl cane between them.
Since then, both Quavo and Brown have been at odds, as they got into a heated confrontation later in 2017 at the BET awards afterparty. Also in 2021, the Virginia-based singer and songwriter challenged Jack Harlow and Quavo to a 2-v-2 basketball match.
This happened after the rappers won the Bleacher report open run competition during NBA all-star weekend. The other two participants at that tournament were Lil baby and 2Chainz.
Brown at the time called out the pair on social media saying they were reluctant to compete against him because they were afraid of him. He said, “They knew who not to ask for on that 2 on 2 basketball. I would have cooked Quavo and Jack. On my soul! Guess they wanted a smoke free zone.”
However, Quavo accepted Brown’s challenge with no doubt, posting in his Instagram stories at the time, “ Chris Brown ain’t cooking nan. Call next n**ga!!” To which Brown responded with calling him a “Lil n***ga” while responding to his Instagram story.
“It ain’t no next. I am on now. Set it up lil n***ga. You know this work different. Me and @AustinMcBroom versus the lil boys.” He wrote.
Quavo who did not respond at the time, also has not made a public comment about the recent run in with Chris Brown.
