Rihanna – Kardashians feud: Why does Rihanna hate this family?

When it comes to Hollywood relationships and friendships, things are not always warm.

Whether someone dated someone’s ex-lover or copied the other one’s looks, there is always some drama, which appears to be the same case with Rihanna, the queen of RnB music and the reality TV queens.

Although Rihanna has never explicitly stated that she hates the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, but it has always been evident on several occasions that the singer is not a fan and has called them privileged and entitled on every possible occasion.

From refusing to attend gatherings where the Kardashian were in attendance, to having relationships that feature same partners, the singer appears to have a conflict with this star-studded family and with a massive fan base of both sides, every single detail of Rihanna and the Kardashians is highly scrutinized.

Rihanna may not be beefing with all the members of this famed family, but because of how tight this family is, offending one is offending all.

One of the reason for the feud between the “Diamonds” singer and the Kardashians family is the fact that Kendal Jenner and A$AP Rocky have a history.

While Rihanna and Kendal Jenner, the American super model do not cross paths too often, when they do Rihanna emphasizes the need for space probably because Kendal Jenner allegedly dated A$AP Rocky in the past who is currently in a loving relationship with Rihanna which has so far resulted into two baby boys.

Kendal Jenner and A$AP Rocky are said to have dated from 2016 to 2017 but split up due to conflicting schedules. The model unequivocally has stated that she does not envy Rihanna’s relationship with her ex-boyfriend, but while Rihanna’s feelings about this long-forgotten relationship are unknown, it is assumed to be one of the reasons why she doesn’t want Kendal Jenner around her.

If you were to confirm that maybe that is the reason for the cold blood between the two, you might be wrong because in 2012, the then teenager Kendal Jenner expressed her admiration for the pop star on social media but what might have been a fun, harmless tweet became the target of Rihanna’s gruff.

In a tweet the model said “if Rihanna doesn’t perform complicated tomorrow, I’m going to be very upset #favsong!
The “umbrella” hit maker clapped back at her responding with “well, don’t come”, shutting Kendal down. Apart from the social media clap back she has accused Kendal Jenner of being a copycat trendsetter. Allegedly, the model pretty much piggy-backed on the singer in 2019 for her fashion brand.

Rihanna who owns and runs the fashion line Fenty beauty announced 40 different concealer shades on Fenty beauty. Soon, Kendal Jenner followed the launch with 30 new concealer shades for her brand. But that is not the end of the story as at the met Gala 2018, Rihanna dissed ​Kendal’s figure, calling her a stick figure, taking her hatred for the Kardashians a step further.

In 2015, Rihanna cancelled her performance at the Victoria secret fashion show because Jourdan Dunn was to be replaced by Kendal Jenner.

Well, Rihanna appears to be beefing with more than one sister from the famed family because the singer is also feuding with Kylie Kenner, the owner of Kylie Cosmetics because of the reasons not far from Kendal Jenner’s; A MAN.

Travis Scott secretly dated Rihanna in 2015, two years before meeting Kylie Jenner and allegedly spent several hours in the studio as she was recording b**** better have my money.

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner dated and had an on-again, off-again relationship since they were first linked in 2017 and the couple currently have two children together.

The Feud between Rihanna and this family was also bold when Rihanna was dating Chris Brown and the two got into a physical altercation and the Kardashian took Chris Brown side.

From dating the same people to having colliding businesses, Rihanna and this famed family have a lot of reasons leading to their strained relationship.

There also happened another incident in 2016 where Rihanna seemingly mocked Kim Kardashian for taking fashion cues from her. The “we found love” singer went to her FENTY X PUMA debut at Paris Fashion Week donning button-up tracksuit bottoms and a chick crop top. A few days after, The SKIMS founder was seen wearing a seemingly similar ensemble at the launch of her own line at Bergdorf Goodman, and the only major difference between her outfit and Rihanna’s was the lace top.

When the mother of two came across a fan account that compared the two outfits, the singer couldn’t hold back but commented with a laughing emoji.

One fan tweeted, “It looks like Kim is trying to dress like Rihanna and only Rihanna can dress like Rihanna.”

Two years after that incident, in 2018 Kim Kardashian broke the internet when a video of her reacting to Kanye West starring at Rihanna performing captured everyone’s attention. While Rihanna was winding up the [performance of her song ‘B— better have my money,’ Kanye West was so invested in what he was seeing on stage and almost forgot that he was standing next to his wife who was filming him at the time.

One fan commented, “I want someone to look at me the way Kanye looks at Rihanna.” Another added that “Who doesn’t look at Rihanna like that?”

This very incident ended up bringing Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian who are known to be feuding for a long time together to fight their common enemy and that common Enemy was Rihanna. Apparently Rihanna was not seemingly wrecking only one home of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, but also Beyoncé and Jay Z’s because the Touch Magazine had just revealed that the musician couple had gotten into a very heated argument at a restaurant over Jay Z’s extremely personal relationship with Rihanna.

Beyoncé who was obviously not happy about the level of personal bond that was shared between her husband and singer Rihanna, ended up joining forces with Kim Kardashian who had also been recently humiliated by how much her husband was invested in Rihanna’s performance hence burying the hatchet between them and fighting the same enemy.

The musician and the reality TV star refused to give up their happy homes and marriages and ended up planning to spend more time with their husbands and kids because they believed that the more they spend more time with them, the less time they will get to spend with, or thinking about the “We found love” singer.

Rihanna and Kanye West have been rumored to be dating from time to time, and the footage of Kanye West admiring her performance also speaks some volume. The two talented musicians have collaborated on different projects like “Run this town”, “All of the lights”, “Four Five Seconds and “Famous.”
